All wood fires need to have a building consent approved prior to installation.

The costs vary depending on which district you live in.

The council can take between 2 to 3 weeks for the approval to be given.

At Woodfires R Us we can apply for the consent on the owner's behalf, once we receive the consent we can usually arrange the installation within a week.

Our installers are Registered Certified Installers

We will install your wood fire to manufacturers specifications & council requirements,

which include the E 2 Flashing code & (Australian & New Zealand standards) AS/NZS 2918:2001.

We offer a 5 year written guarantee on our workmanship (conditions apply).
